I've been playing sitar for over 35 years. I found you while surfing YouTube for Zakhir Hussain stuff. Your vids caught me and, because I've been trying to teach myself tabla basics, I watched them all many times over and have dedicated them to my Favorites list. It's wonderfull to have found your site. I teach design for the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design. Many of my students are world music enthusiasts. I will pass your link to many others if you don't mind.

Hello Mr. J and greatings from Louisville!

Hope you and the wife are doing well. Talked to Mr. Whitt who said he'd been working with you. He said you're doing well, so I am inclined to believe him.

Hi Chris, jut paid a visit and really enjoyed all the new things you've added. I see you've been in photo shop with some of your mask photos. I enjoyed what you did with it. I thought your infra red shot of the wystria was breathtaking and the shot of venus at night was so tranquil I felt like I was standing there myself. You have quite a few shots from Camroon that I havn't seen. All of your shots of the people there really give you something of their personalities. They are consistantly good. I listened to your new music too. Especially enjoyed Transitions, eleven 2, Sorum Creek. I did not know that Kent Porter was composing, nice. Thank you for sharing, Janelle

Chris, I enjoyed your trip to Cameroon vicariously. I can't wait for you to sum it all up. Diedier looked like an interesting character. His warehouse would have been hard to stay out of. I would have been there every chance I got. Were you? The statures that were contrived out of cigarette lighters rubber tubing and other found articlew were realy fascinating. I especially liked the first one you photoed. He had a look that made you feel there was a real person behind the mask and maybe a dangerous one. Thanks so much for sharing all of this with your friends and family. It's been a great adventure. Janelle

I've been checking your site every few days. Love the local modern art. Wish I could buy that one it's better than most of the stuff I see here.

Love the photos keep them coming. I knew there were black mambas and brown mambas, and now I can add green mambas to the list. I learn new things every visit.

Hope you bought some to the masks. Your favorite is my favorite. Hope you got it. I also like the femenine looking one. Later

Chris this is my second try to leave a note. The other one I some how, accidently, deleted or it may show up unfinished in here somewhere.

As I said in the other one you are always doing something interesting. Your web page is great. I really liked the way you photographed the masks. Beautiful.

I will check out your site often now that I have the address. The photos from your hotel room were interesting, well done. Made me wish I was there. I will look forward to seeing more.

Now I'm going to check out the rest of the site and listen to some music. Thanks, this was fun, Janelle

Hey Chris!!
Hope you are doing well in Africa. I have been hearing from you from your mom. Be careful & be safe (that's comments from my mom). I will check on you every couple of days. Cool drums! Somehow I'm not surprised you will be bringing these home with you. I've learned 3 songs on the violin now. See you later!!

Thanks for being weird enough to risk defamation by association by putting me and June on your links page. It's brains like that what gets a dog and cat to learn how to use the internet to let you know when their hungry or need pettin' and whatnot.

Seriously, this is great! Now listening to your work will be a lot easier.

BTW - I love the latest LMLR stuff you posted.
